B8X developed China’s first high-temperature-resistant (150°C) modified acrylic structural adhesive for domestic drone motor bonding—breaking foreign dominance in this niche. The company also achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, establishing a foundation for standardized manufacturing.

B8X completed its product portfolio with UV-curing adhesives and single-component epoxy resins, supporting smartphone camera modules and TWS earphone manufacturers. The team grew to 40 professionals, and an application testing lab was established to simulate thermal cycling, humidity, and vibration—enabling customized validation services.

Amid global pandemic disruptions, B8X leveraged its agile local response to become a Tier-2 supplier for leading consumer electronics EMS providers. The company launched a low-odor, low-bloom eco-friendly cyanoacrylate series compliant with EU REACH regulations—marking its first bulk export shipments to Southeast Asia and Eastern Europe.

B8X unveiled its breakthrough Smart Impact Protection (SIP) material—a viscoelastic polymer offering high energy absorption and reversible deformation—first adopted in premium power tool housings and AR/VR device cushioning systems. The R&D team exceeded 80 members, with 7 invention patents filed that year.
